Job Responsibilities

  • Business Coordination: Assist the General Manager in regular communication with partner companies in the European Union, build a communication bridge, maintain cooperative relationships, and support business development.
  • China–Switzerland Communication: Coordinate between the headquarters in China and the Switzerland region, share business updates, and help solve communication and coordination issues to ensure smooth business alignment domestically and abroad.
  • General Manager’s Travel Coordination: Responsible for planning the General Manager’s itineraries in Switzerland and the EU/US regions, coordinating with relevant parties, handling unexpected situations, and ensuring efficient and orderly travel; responsible for daily driving tasks for the General Manager.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); Chinese skills are a plus.
  • Holder of a valid driver’s license and familiar with Swiss traffic regulations.
  • Strong planning, execution, and attention-to-detail skills, capable of efficiently completing travel arrangements and business follow-ups.
  • Must hold a valid Swiss residence permit.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: CHF 4800–6200 per month, negotiable.
  • Working hours: Full-time.
