Job Responsibilities

  • Business Coordination: Assist the General Manager in maintaining regular communication with partner companies in the European Union. Build a robust communication bridge, nurture cooperative relationships, and support business development initiatives.
  • China–Switzerland Communication: Act as a liaison between the headquarters in China and the Switzerland region. Share business updates and help resolve communication and coordination issues to ensure smooth business alignment both domestically and internationally.
  • General Manager’s Travel Coordination: Plan the General Manager’s itineraries in Switzerland and the EU/US regions. Coordinate with relevant parties, manage unexpected situations, and ensure travel is efficient and orderly. This also includes handling daily driving tasks for the General Manager.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Holders of a valid driver’s license with familiarity with Swiss traffic regulations.
  • Strong planning, execution, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to efficiently complete travel arrangements and business follow-ups.
  • Must hold a valid Swiss residence permit.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: CHF 4800–6200 per month, negotiable.
  • Working hours: Full-time.
