Job Opportunity: Assistant Health and Social Care (AGS)

We are seeking an Assistant Health and Social Care (AGS) to join our small residential and care home in the Thun region, with a commitment of 60-100%. This position is available immediately or by arrangement.

Your Responsibilities

• Support residents with basic care and daily activities.
• Assist with mobilization, personal hygiene, and meal preparation.
• Contribute to a calm and respectful atmosphere.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and with nursing professionals.
• Take on supportive tasks in daily life.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Assistant Health and Social Care, ideally with initial experience in care.
• A genuine enjoyment of working with elderly individuals.
• Resilience and the ability to interact respectfully.
• A strong sense of teamwork and responsibility.
• Good proficiency in German and local dialect.
