Your Tasks

• Support in the care and assistance of residents
• Help with daily living activities and administrative tasks
• Carry out basic care and support healthcare professionals
• Professional documentation of care measures
• Active collaboration in the care team and participation in handovers

Your Profile

• Completed training as Assistant in Health and Social Affairs EBA (80-100%) (or an equivalently recognized qualification)
• Experience in caring for residents in long-term care or acute care
• High social competence, empathy, and sense of responsibility
• Flexibility, resilience, and enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
