Tasks

  • Assist our Head of IT in day-to-day business, including calendar management, coordination of organizational tasks, travel planning, booking, and expense management.
  • Organize meetings, townhalls, and smaller events.
  • Prepare, edit, and finalize presentations, reports, and other documents.
  • Record meeting minutes and ensure timely distribution.
  • Support financial topics and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Manage mobile phone contracts and related operational tasks.
  • Coordinate with other departments, business units, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Swiss commercial apprenticeship with Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Executive Assistance or similar
  • 5 years of experience as an Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience in financial topics is a plus
  • Fluency in German and English
