Your Role

• Meeting and exceeding guest expectations
• Addressing and resolving complaints while implementing preventive measures
• Optimizing sales at the Front Office
• Identifying areas for improvement

This experience is not new to you. You have successfully handled similar responsibilities in your current or previous roles, and you are proficient in both German and English.
