Executive Assistant (Organization and Information Systems Areas)
Within the Social Aid and Insurance Department (DIRAAS), various financial services are provided, including health insurance subsidies, alimony advances, scholarships, and apprenticeships.
Responsibilities:
Support the Director and executives with organization, information, processes, and internal control systems
Act as a professional expert for Information Systems (IS)
Lead cross-functional projects impacting DIRAAS or DGCS with an IS or organizational component
Manage cyber administration projects
Propose strategies and responses to parliamentary inquiries
Participate in management sessions and strategy definition
Requirements:
Master's degree or equivalent
Project management training
Minimum 8 years of project management experience
Experience in the social field preferred
Proficient in IT tools
Strong analytical and communication skills
