Executive Assistant (Organization and Information Systems Areas)

Within the Social Aid and Insurance Department (DIRAAS), various financial services are provided, including health insurance subsidies, alimony advances, scholarships, and apprenticeships.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director and executives with organization, information, processes, and internal control systems
  • Act as a professional expert for Information Systems (IS)
  • Lead cross-functional projects impacting DIRAAS or DGCS with an IS or organizational component
  • Manage cyber administration projects
  • Propose strategies and responses to parliamentary inquiries
  • Participate in management sessions and strategy definition

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • Project management training
  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience
  • Experience in the social field preferred
  • Proficient in IT tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
