Facilitate International Mobility for Global Organisations

As an Assistant or Consultant in our Global Employer Services (GES) immigration team, you will provide immigration advisory and compliance services to our global and local clients. Working collaboratively with your team, you will deliver leading immigration services that enable our clients to successfully navigate international mobility.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to guide clients and their employees through the Swiss immigration process.
• Manage your own case and client portfolio, overseeing tasks from initial contact to document collection, application drafting, filing, and receipt of final approvals.
• Develop strong client relationships and maintain direct contact with authorities.
• Ensure records and files are kept up to date in our case management tool.
• Prioritize multiple client requests in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Who We Are Looking For

• Holder of a university or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor or Master) in law or a similar field.
• Experience in the immigration field or HR/Global Mobility is an advantage.
• You enjoy direct client contact, coordinating multidisciplinary projects, and collaborating in international teams, including with immigration authorities.
• Structured, resilient, and solution-oriented, you thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• A willingness to challenge the status quo and an interest in technology and process efficiencies is key.
• You communicate confidently and fluently in German and English at a professional level; proficiency in French and Italian is a plus.
