As an Assistant or Consultant in our Global Employer Services (GES) immigration team, you will be instrumental in providing immigration advisory and compliance services to our global and local clients. Your role involves collaborating with diverse engagements to help international organisations successfully navigate the complexities of international mobility.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with other subject matter experts to guide clients and their employees through the Swiss immigration process.
• Manage your own case and client portfolio, staying organized and proactive from the initial client contact through document collection, application drafting, filing, and final approvals.
• Develop strong client relationships, maintaining direct contact with relevant authorities.
• Keep client records and files up-to-date in our case management tool.
• Prioritize multiple client requests in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Who We Are Looking For

• A holder of a university or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor or Master) in law or a related field.
• Experience in immigration or HR/Global Mobility is advantageous.
• Adept at building direct client relationships, coordinating multidisciplinary projects, and collaborating with international teams and immigration authorities.
• Structured, resilient, and solution-oriented, with a passion for working in dynamic environments.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo, with a keen interest in technology and process efficiencies.
• Confident communicator, fluent in both German and English (professional level), with proficiency in French and Italian considered a plus.
