Facilitate International Mobility for Global Organizations

As an Assistant or Consultant in our Global Employer Services (GES) immigration team, you will provide immigration advisory and compliance services to our global and local clients. You will engage in various projects and, alongside your team, deliver leading immigration services that enable our clients to navigate the complexities of international mobility successfully.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to guide clients and their employees through the Swiss immigration process.
• Manage and drive your own case and client portfolio, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently from initial contact to final approvals.
• Develop strong client relationships and maintain direct communication with authorities.
• Keep updated client records and files in our case management tool.
• Prioritize multiple client requests effectively, as immigration cases can be fast-paced and high-stakes.

Who We Are Looking For

• Holder of a university or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor or Master) in law or a related field.
• Experience in immigration, HR, or Global Mobility is an advantage.
• Enjoy direct client interaction, coordinating multidisciplinary projects, and working with international teams and immigration authorities.
• Exhibit a structured, resilient, and solution-oriented approach, thriving in a dynamic environment.
• Challenge the status quo and have an interest in technology and process efficiencies.
• Communicate confidently and fluently in German and English, with proficiency in French and Italian being a plus.
