Facilitate International Mobility for Global Organizations

As an Assistant or Consultant in our Global Employer Services (GES) immigration team, you will provide immigration advisory and compliance services to our global and local clients. Your role involves collaborating with the team to offer leading immigration services, enabling our clients to successfully navigate international mobility.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to guide clients and their employees through the Swiss immigration process.
• Manage and drive your own case and client portfolio, ensuring timely completion of tasks from initial contact through to final approvals.
• Develop strong client relationships and maintain direct communication with authorities.
• Keep up-to-date client records and files in our case management tool.
• Prioritize multiple client requests in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Who We Are Looking For

• Possession of a university degree (Bachelor or Master) in law or a related field.
• Experience in immigration or HR/Global Mobility is an advantage.
• Enjoyment of direct client contact, coordinating multidisciplinary projects, and collaborating with international teams and immigration authorities.
• A structured, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset, thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
• A willingness to challenge the status quo and interest in technology and process efficiencies.
• Confident and fluent communication skills in German and English, with proficiency in French and Italian as a plus.
