Assistant / Consultant Immigration Services - Tax & Legal

Facilitate International Mobility for Global Organisations

Join our Global Employer Services (GES) immigration team as an Assistant or Consultant, where you will provide immigration advisory and compliance services to our global and local clients. You will work on various engagements and collaborate with the team to deliver leading immigration services, enabling our clients to navigate international mobility successfully.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to guide clients and their employees through the Swiss immigration process.
• Manage your own case and client portfolio while staying organized with your pending tasks—from initial client contact, document collection, application drafting and filing, to the receipt of final approvals.
• Develop strong client relationships and maintain direct contact with authorities.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and files in our case management tool.
• Prioritize multiple client requests, as immigration cases can be fast-paced and high-stakes.

Who We Are Looking For

• A holder of a university or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in law or a similar field.
• Experience in immigration or HR/Global Mobility is an advantage.
• A proponent of direct client contact, coordinating multidisciplinary projects, and collaborating in international team set-ups as well as with immigration authorities.
• Structured, resilient, and solution-oriented, with a preference for fast-paced environments.
• Willing to challenge the status quo and interested in technology and process efficiencies.
• Confident and fluent communicator (professional level in oral and written) in German and English; knowledge of French and Italian is a plus.
