Your Future Responsibilities
- Provide quality care to residents, considering their individual resources and history in a kind and respectful manner.
- Ensure organized and rigorous follow-up to facilitate excellent communication with the multidisciplinary team and families, while adhering to each resident's life plan.
- Actively participate in the individualized support of residents within a familial and welcoming environment.
- Adapt care strategies within the institution, utilizing your interest in geriatrics and elderly psychiatry.
- Serve as an essential link in fostering an open, warm, and respectful living environment for all residents.
Your Profile
- You possess a CFC as an Assistant in Community Health and Care (ASSC).
- You have gained diverse experience in your field, or you are a motivated recent graduate eager to join a caring team that will support you in your new role.
- You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and can communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- You possess a strong interest in geriatrics and/or elderly psychiatry.
- You are eager to contribute to a respectful care environment focused on residents' well-being.
