As an assistant in Audit & Assurance, you will engage in audits of financial and non-financial reports for a variety of organizations, enhancing trust and transparency. Your role is vital in protecting the public interest by delivering high-quality audit & assurance services, while fostering an empowering culture for individual success.

Who We Are Looking For

  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in economics (specialization in accounting, finance, or controlling is advantageous) and possess prior internship experience.
  • You are motivated to pursue further education to become a Swiss CPA.
  • You have strong competencies in accounting and data analytics, with a keen interest in understanding the insurance sector.
  • You approach your work with a positive, results-oriented attitude and a readiness to take responsibility and deliver tailored solutions for our clients.
  • You are fluent in English and German, with proficiency in French being a plus.
