As an assistant in Audit & Assurance, you will engage in the audits of financial and non-financial reports for a variety of organizations, fostering trust and transparency. Your contributions will help protect the public interest and instill confidence in business by delivering top-tier audit and assurance services, all while thriving in a culture that empowers individuals.

What to Expect

  • You will be part of a growing and strategically important insurance practice with strong collaboration across all service lines.
  • You will gain insights into the operations of the insurance industry and the challenges it faces.
  • From day one, you’ll engage directly with our clients, making significant contributions to our audits of financial and non-financial reporting as well as assurance projects.
  • You will work in a hybrid model, including your time at the client site, Deloitte offices, or working from home.
  • The daily challenges will offer unique experiences, allowing you to develop a deeper understanding of risks, processes, and strategies, gradually establishing yourself as a sought-after expert.
  • You will follow a clear, long-term career path and receive comprehensive training for your professional growth, including support to qualify as a Swiss certified public accountant (Swiss CPA).

Who We Are Looking For

  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in economics (a specialization in accounting, finance, or controlling is advantageous) and have previous internship experience.
  • You are motivated to pursue further education to become a Swiss CPA.
  • You have excellent competencies in accounting and data analytics, with a keen interest in understanding the world of insurance companies.
  • You bring a positive, results-oriented attitude and demonstrate a willingness to take responsibility and provide tailored solutions for our clients.
  • You are fluent in English and German, with proficiency in French viewed as a plus.
