As an assistant in Audit & Assurance, you will engage in audits of financial and non-financial reports for diverse organizations, enhancing trust and transparency. Through your efforts, you will contribute to public interest and bolster confidence in business by delivering leading audit and assurance services, all while promoting a culture that empowers individuals to excel.

In this dynamic role, you will work independently while collaborating with your team, benefiting from the mentorship of experienced colleagues and industry experts. Your active participation is essential as you help shape our services and advance your professional journey.

  • Be part of a growing and strategically important insurance practice with strong collaboration across all service lines.
  • Gain insight into the operations of the insurance industry and uncover the challenges it faces.
  • From day one, you'll engage directly with clients, making significant contributions to our audits of financial and non-financial reporting as well as assurance projects.
  • Work in a hybrid model, which includes time at the client site, Deloitte offices, or from home.
  • Face daily challenges that make each day unique, allowing you to deepen your understanding of risks, processes, and strategies, gradually becoming a sought-after expert.
  • Follow a clear, long-term career path with first-class training for your professional development, including support to qualify as a Swiss Certified Public Accountant (Swiss CPA).

Who We Are Looking For

  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in economics (specializing in accounting, finance, or controlling is advantageous) and have prior internship experience.
  • You are motivated to pursue further education to become a Swiss CPA.
  • You possess strong competencies in accounting and data analytics and have an interest in understanding the world of insurance companies.
  • You exhibit a positive, results-oriented attitude, along with a willingness to take responsibility and find tailored solutions for our clients.
  • You are fluent in English and German, with proficiency in French being a plus.
