Facilitate International Mobility for Global Organisations

As an Assistant or Consultant in our Global Employer Services (GES) immigration team, you will provide immigration advisory and compliance services to our global and local clients. You will engage in various projects and collaborate with the team to offer leading immigration services, ultimately enabling our clients to successfully navigate international mobility.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Together with other subject matter experts, guide our clients and their employees through the Swiss immigration process.
• Manage and drive your own case and client portfolio while staying on top of pending tasks, from the initial client contact to document collection, application drafting, filing, and receipt of final approvals.
• Develop strong client relationships and maintain direct contact with authorities.
• Keep up-to-date client records and files in our case management tool.
• Prioritize multiple client requests; immigration cases can be fast-paced and high-stakes.

Who We Are Looking For

• Holder of a university or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor or Master) in law or a similar field.
• Experience in immigration or HR/Global Mobility is an advantage.
• Enjoy direct client contact, coordinating multidisciplinary projects, and collaborating in international team setups as well as with immigration authorities.
• Structured, resilient, and solution-oriented, with a penchant for working in a fast-paced environment.
• Challenge the status quo and show interest in technology and process efficiencies.
• Confidently and fluently communicate (professional level in oral and written) in German and English; French and Italian are a plus.
