We are currently seeking an HR Assistant to join one of our clients.
You possess a vocational certificate (CFC) in business administration or an equivalent recognized qualification. Your experience in an administrative environment, particularly in human resources or temporary staff management, is confirmed. You are proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, with knowledge of M-Files considered an asset.
Fluency in French is required, along with the ability to write documents clearly, precisely, and professionally. You demonstrate excellent organizational skills, prioritize your work effectively, and manage multiple files simultaneously. Working independently comes easily to you, while you also collaborate effectively with both internal and external contacts.
Your strong analytical skills help you find tailored solutions to various challenges. You are recognized for your discretion, sense of responsibility, and reliability, communicating professionally while maintaining constructive relationships with agencies and internal teams.
