LNE La Nouvelle Ecole SA - June 17, 2025

About Us

We are a private school located in the heart of the old town of Geneva. Through an approach that combines active Montessori and Reggio Emilia pedagogies, we offer a child-centered education where the staff plays the role of facilitators, guiding children through their learning processes. Our primary goal is to develop self-esteem, self-confidence, and a passion for learning, all while respecting each child's individual pace and needs.

Our Values

  • Respect for the child as a competent individual: We encourage children's autonomy in every aspect of their education, adapting our teaching to align with their development and interests.
  • The environment as the third educator: We prioritize a carefully prepared space that allows children to explore freely, benefiting from supportive guidance that nurtures their socio-emotional development. Play holds a central role in our methodology.
  • Connection with nature and the community: Outdoor excursions, neighborhood exploration, and regular family events enrich our program significantly.
