HR Assistant/Coordinator Position
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant/Coordinator (60-100%) to join our team in Rapperswil-Jona.
Job Description
As an HR Assistant/Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department with various administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with Swiss labor and social security laws. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Managing employee records and ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Being responsible for the Time & Attendance tool.
- Handling onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Providing support in employee relations and addressing inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinating training and development programs.
- Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensuring compliance with Swiss labor laws and social security regulations.
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or Coordinator.
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor and social security laws.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to take ownership and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Fluent in English and German.
