Your Impact

Lead audits for asset managers with a focus on private markets funds, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS as you oversee planning, execution, and completion throughout the audit process.

Advise clients on business opportunities that arise from PwC USA's asset management initiatives, facilitating significant product and investment launches that can enhance their portfolios.

Coordinate international teams for engagements across the USA, Europe, and other regions, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Develop your stakeholder management skills and tackle challenging projects across various sectors, enhancing your ability to navigate complex situations with confidence.

Drive the audit of valuations for Level 3 investments across all asset classes, including private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate.

Manage audits of companies preparing financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC filings.

Prepare audit files for Partner review and assist in presenting audit findings to management or the Board of Directors.

Develop and nurture relationships with clients, actively supporting them in technical accounting matters to drive their success.

Your Skill Set

  • Possess a university degree in accounting or a relevant field, complemented by a US CPA qualification or equivalent, showcasing a strong academic foundation.
  • Have more than 8 years of demonstrable international experience in a similar role within a Big 4 company, providing a solid background in the Private Markets industry.
  • Exhibit extensive auditing experience in US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC filings, underscoring your technical expertise.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in digital audit transformation, SOX, PCAOB standards, and the latest audit technologies, highlighting your adaptability and innovation.
  • Possess knowledge of the USA market, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective interactions with clients and teams.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in German is an asset.
