About the Company

ANAVIA specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of vertical takeoff & landing (VTOL) systems with capacities of up to 500 kilograms. The company provides industry-leading unmanned helicopter systems tailored for a variety of mission profiles, including Surveillance & Reconnaissance, Inspection, Mapping, and Cargo.

Position Overview: Assembly Technician

As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and installing unmanned aircraft parts and structures. Your role will also involve documenting assembly processes, reporting issues, and suggesting improvements to enhance our production quality.

Your Main Tasks

• Perform sub-assembly and final-assembly tasks.
• Fit and install mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and fellow technicians to resolve assembly challenges and improve workflows.
• Test assembled parts and systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with industry regulations.
• Maintain health, safety, and quality standards throughout the assembly process.

What We Are Looking For

• Completed technical education.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar technical role.
• Solid technical and practical understanding of mechanical, mechatronic, and electrical systems.
• Process-oriented with structured work methods.
• Responsible with a good technical understanding and strong communication skills.
