Company Description

Our client is a well-established company specializing in assembly work in Switzerland. Based in the picturesque Lucerne region, the company undertakes challenging projects involving metal, glass, and wood. Their portfolio ranges from complex special constructions to high-quality series assemblies. To strengthen the assembly team, we are urgently seeking an experienced leader for the position of Assembly Manager (100%), available either immediately or by agreement.

Job Description

As the Assembly Project Manager, you will be responsible for the organization and management of assemblies on the construction site. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Planning personnel deployment and coordinating both internal and external parties
  • Monitoring deadlines, costs, and quality standards consistently
  • Participating in construction meetings and representing the company to project management and clients
  • Overseeing the technical and structured acceptance of completed work
  • Acting as a central point of contact for assemblers, clients, and management
  • Ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
  • Contributing actively to improvements in processes and workflows

We Expect

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Completed training as a metal worker (EFZ) or a comparable technical/craft qualification
  • Multiple years of experience in the construction assembly sector
  • Experience in leadership roles such as lead assembler, foreman, site manager, or construction manager is preferred
  • Organizational skills and the ability to assert oneself without compromising collaboration
  • Initiative, reliability, and an independent working style
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • A valid driving license of category B
  • Fluency in German, both spoken and written
  • Familiarity with MS Office; a commercial training background is advantageous
