Job Description

We are seeking experienced candidates for the position of assembler/installer who have previously worked in an industrial setting or are willing to transition from another skilled trade into the industrial sector. If you are a trained installer, sanitary-heating installer, or metalworker, or if you have experience in a similar role, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble vacuum valves from individual parts and assemblies based on product-specific documentation (bills of materials, drawings, etc.) or through a screen-guided assembly system.
  • Conduct customer-specific functional and leak tests to ensure adherence to high-quality standards.

We Expect:

  • A completed training program or at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A willingness to work in a 2-shift operation, including permanent night shifts.
  • An interest in a long-term employment position.
  • Proficient German language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent fine motor skills and craftsmanship.
  • Efficient and highly clean working methods.
  • Practical experience in operating machines, equipment, and measuring instruments.
  • Good physical condition, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift loads.
  • A team player with high flexibility.
