Your Profile
- Certification as a Chef from an Asian country with extensive knowledge of traditional Asian cuisine
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, fine-dining environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt traditional recipes to align with modern culinary trends
Your Tasks
- Ensuring an authentic and contemporary food offering while considering seasonal products from the original country, and collaborating with the Culinary Director and other Asian chefs to create the menu
- Innovating new Asian dishes, including specialties from Indian, Vietnamese, and Thai cuisines
- Preparation of Asian cuisine, focusing on product handling, production, and cooking techniques from Asia
- Cooking in an open show kitchen in front of guests to enhance their dining experience
