Position Available: Area Sales Manager – Europe (Focus on DACH)

Your Tasks
As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening H. Moser & Cie.’s presence and performance across Europe, with a particular focus on the DACH region, by:
- Managing existing accounts and markets to maximize brand visibility and sales.
- Developing and strengthening the wholesale network by identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
- Implementing the brand’s commercial strategy to achieve sales targets and market growth.
- Supporting partners with B2B inquiries, preparing quotes, and delivering exceptional client service.
- Establishing monthly analytical reports to track sales performance, market developments, and opportunities.
- Preparing and updating sales tools such as training material, product comparisons, and technical information.
- Conducting regular in-store visits, leading continuous on-site sales training, and ensuring strong product knowledge at the retail level.
- Organizing and leading factory visits for partners and VIP clients to strengthen brand loyalty.
- Proposing promotional activities and working closely with the marketing team to coordinate events, activations, and campaigns.
- Representing the brand at client events, watch fairs, and regional gatherings, embodying Moser’s values and unique identity.
Your Profile
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a Bachelor in Business Administration (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the luxury watch industry with proven success in European markets, especially DACH.
- Independent, structured, and flexible in approach.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a hands-on, proactive mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish strong ties with retail sales staff and partners.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills in German, French, and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned markets.
