Job Description
- Plan budgets, distribution targets, and revenue.
- Continuously develop the existing customer base while acquiring new clients and markets in your sales area.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and solution orientation.
- Monitor the market and proactively identify customer needs and market trends.
- Continuously track and control the budget as well as sales statistics.
- Collaborate with product managers to achieve defined objectives based on market analyses.
- Participate regularly in trade fairs and international events.
We Expect
- Basic training in electrotechnics in the building sector, complemented by solid knowledge of building automation.
- Successful experience as a salesperson or sales manager.
- Analytical mindset, process orientation, and ability to propose continuous improvements.
- Mastery of French (C2 level) with very good knowledge of German; English being an asset.
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
