Focus: Execution Planning | Switzerland & Germany Residential Projects | New Construction & Renovation | International Clients
We specialize in high-quality residential architecture projects in Switzerland and Germany, covering all service phases from concept to completion. Our work is rooted in a strong focus on design integrity and execution quality. As we expand our team starting in January/February 2026, we are seeking passionate architects with an emphasis on execution planning.
Your Tasks
- Work on ongoing projects across all service phases, focusing on execution planning
- Develop detailed, execution-ready drawings and documentation
- Coordinate and integrate specialist consultants
- Transform early-stage designs into permit- and execution-ready plans
- Optional: Participate in competition entries and construction supervision
Your Profile
- Degree in architecture (Diploma/Master)
- Experience in execution planning is preferred but not required
- Strong technical and detailing skills
- Excellent skills in ArchiCAD, including BIM workflows
- Experience with visualization and graphic tools
- Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written – mandatory)
- High design awareness and attention to detail
- Independent, structured, and efficient way of working
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
