Your Mission

The role encompasses course management, regulatory compliance, training expertise, collaboration, and global representation in aviation groups.

Your Tasks

  • Oversee course planning, administration, and the continuous monitoring of student performance
  • Ensure that all course content adheres to regulatory requirements
  • Create, design, and deliver training material for both classroom and simulation environments
  • Provide support for training development, colleagues, and other departments as needed
  • Act as a representative of Skyguide and the Skyguide Academy at international working groups, project groups, and teams; maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance during these interactions

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed Air Traffic Controller in both Aerodrome (ADC) and Approach Control (APS), with additional validations preferred. Note: While an EASA ATCO license issued in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/340 is preferred, appropriate differences training for license conversion will be provided for the right candidate holding an ICAO issued ATCO license
  • Must hold an On-the-Job-Training (OJTI) or Simulation Instructor (STDI) license endorsement; Classroom Instructor Certificate and/or Examiner/Assessor's Certificate desired
  • Communication: Ability to adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders, actively asking for information through relevant questions and active listening
  • Teamwork: Engage in interactions with diverse team members, contributing information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactions
  • English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4 or higher
