Your Mission
The role involves course management, regulatory compliance, training expertise, collaboration, and global representation in aviation groups.
Your Tasks
- Oversee course planning, administration, and continuous monitoring of student performance.
- Ensure that all course content adheres to regulatory requirements.
- Create, design, and deliver training material for both classroom and simulation environments.
- Provide support for training development, colleagues, and other departments as needed.
- Act as a representative of Skyguide and the Skyguide Academy at international working groups, project groups, and teams as necessary; maintain a professional demeanor and appearance during these interactions.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed Air Traffic Controller in both Aerodrome (ADC) and Approach Control (APS), with additional validations preferred. Note: While an EASA ATCO license issued in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/340 is preferred, appropriate differences training for license conversion will be provided for the right candidate holding an ICAO issued ATCO license.
- Must hold an On-the-Job-Training (OJTI) or Simulation Instructor (STDI) license endorsement; Classroom Instructor Certificate and/or Examiner/Assessor's Certificate desired.
- Communication: You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders and actively seek information through relevant questions and active listening.
- Teamwork: You engage with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings and other interactions.
- English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4 or higher.
