Your Mission

The role encompasses course management, regulatory compliance, training expertise, collaboration, and global representation in aviation groups.

Your Tasks

  • Oversee course planning, administration, and continuously monitor student performance.
  • Ensure that all course content adheres to regulatory requirements.
  • Create, design, and deliver training material for both classroom and simulation environments.
  • Provide support for training development, colleagues, and other departments as needed.
  • Act as a representative of Skyguide and the Skyguide Academy at international working groups and project teams, maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance for these interactions.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Air Traffic Controller in Aerodrome (ADC) and Approach Control (APS), with additional validations preferred. While an ATCO license issued in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/340 is preferred, we provide the appropriate differences training for license conversion for the right candidate who holds an ICAO issued ATCO license.
  • Must hold an On-the-Job-Training (OJTI) or Simulation Instructor (STDI) license endorsement; Classroom Instructor Certificate and/or Examiner/Assessor's Certificate are desired.
  • Communication: You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders, actively seeking information through relevant questions and active listening.
  • Teamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team members, contributing information, ideas, and insights during meetings or other discussions.
  • English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4 or higher.
