Your Mission

The role includes course management, regulatory compliance, training expertise, collaboration, and global representation in aviation groups.

Your Tasks

  • Oversee course planning, administration, and the continuous monitoring of student performance.
  • Ensure all course content adheres to regulatory requirements.
  • Create, design, and deliver training material for both classroom and simulation environments.
  • Provide support for training development, colleagues, and other departments as needed.
  • Act as a representative of Skyguide and the Skyguide Academy in international working groups, project groups, and teams; maintain a professional demeanour and appearance in these interactions.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Air Traffic Controller in Aerodrome (ADC) and Approach Control (APS), with additional validations preferred. Note: An ATCO license issued in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/340 is preferred; however, appropriate differences training for license conversion will be provided for the right candidate holding an ICAO issued ATCO license.
  • Must hold an On-the-Job-Training (OJTI) or Simulation Instructor (STDI) license endorsement; a Classroom Instructor Certificate and/or Examiner/Assessor's Certificate is desired.
  • Communication: You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders, actively seeking information through relevant questions and active listening.
  • Teamwork: You engage with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactions.
  • English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4 or higher.
