Your Mission
The APS & ADC Rated Instructor role encompasses course management, regulatory compliance, training expertise, collaborative teamwork, and global representation within various aviation groups.
Your Tasks
- Oversee course planning, administration, and continuous monitoring of student performance.
- Ensure that all course content complies with regulatory requirements.
- Create, design, and deliver training material for classroom and simulation environments.
- Provide support for training development, colleagues, and other departments as needed.
- Represent Skyguide and the Skyguide Academy in international working groups and project teams, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Air Traffic Controller in Aerodrome (ADC) and Approach Control (APS), with additional validations preferred. Note: While an ATCO license issued under Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/340 is preferred, the appropriate differences training for license conversion will be offered to the right candidate holding an ICAO issued ATCO license.
- Must hold an On-the-Job-Training (OJTI) or Simulation Instructor (STDI) license endorsement; Classroom Instructor Certificate and/or Examiner/Assessor's Certificate is desired.
- Adaptability in communication style to suit various contexts and stakeholders, with strong active listening skills.
- Team-oriented, contributing information, ideas, and insights during interactions with diverse team members.
- English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4 or higher.
