Your Mission

In this role, you will manage courses, ensure regulatory compliance, provide training expertise, collaborate with various stakeholders, and represent Skyguide in global aviation groups.

Your Tasks

• Oversee course planning, administration, and continuous monitoring of student performance.
• Ensure all course content adheres to regulatory requirements.
• Create, design, and deliver training materials for both classroom and simulation environments.
• Provide support for training development, colleagues, and other departments as needed.
• Act as a representative of Skyguide and the Skyguide Academy at international working groups, project groups, and teams, maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance during these interactions.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed Air Traffic Controller in both Aerodrome (ADC) and Approach Control (APS), with additional validations preferred. Note: While an EASA ATCO license is preferred, the appropriate differences training for license conversion will be provided for the right candidate who holds an ICAO issued ATCO license.
• Must hold an On-the-Job-Training (OJTI) or Simulation Instructor (STDI) license endorsement; Classroom Instructor Certificate and/or Examiner/Assessor's Certificate desired.
• Communication: Ability to adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders, actively asking for information through relevant questions and active listening.
• Teamwork: Engage with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactions.
• English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4 or higher.
