Your Mission

The role encompasses course management, regulatory compliance, training expertise, collaboration, and global representation within aviation groups.

Your Tasks

  • Oversee course planning, administration, and continuous monitoring of student performance.
  • Ensure all course content adheres to regulatory requirements.
  • Create, design, and deliver training materials for both classroom and simulation environments.
  • Provide support for training development and assist colleagues and other departments as necessary.
  • Act as a representative of Skyguide and the Skyguide Academy in international working groups, project teams, and other engagements; maintain a professional demeanour in these interactions.

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Air Traffic Controller in Aerodrome (ADC) and Approach Control (APS), with additional validations preferred. Note: While an ATCO license issued in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/340 is preferred, the necessary training for license conversion can be provided for the right candidate holding an ICAO-issued ATCO license.
  • Must hold an On-the-Job Training Instructor (OJTI) or Simulation Instructor (STDI) license endorsement; Classroom Instructor Certificate and/or Examiner/Assessor's Certificate is desired.
  • Excellent communication skills: adapts communication style to various contexts and stakeholders, while actively seeking information through relevant questions and effective listening.
  • Team player: engages with diverse team members, contributing valuable information, ideas, and insights in meetings and discussions.
  • English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4 or higher.
