Your Mission:
Your role will encompass course management, regulatory compliance, training expertise, collaboration, and global representation within aviation groups.
Your Tasks:
- Oversee course planning, administration, and the continuous monitoring of student performance.
- Ensure that all course content adheres to regulatory requirements.
- Design, create, and deliver training material for both classroom and simulation environments.
- Provide support for training development, colleagues, and other departments as needed.
- Represent Skyguide and the Skyguide Academy at international working and project groups, maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance during these interactions.
What We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Air Traffic Controller in Aerodrome (ADC) and Approach Control (APS), with additional validations preferred. (While an ATCO license issued in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/340 is preferred, appropriate training for license conversion will be provided for the right candidate holding an ICAO-issued ATCO license.)
- A valid On-the-Job-Training (OJTI) or Simulation Instructor (STDI) license endorsement; Classroom Instructor Certificate and/or Examiner/Assessor's Certificate are desirable.
- Excellent communication skills: You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders, actively seeking information through relevant questions and active listening.
- Strong teamwork abilities: You engage with diverse team members and actively contribute ideas and insights during meetings and discussions.
- English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4 or higher.
