About the Position

This role encompasses a global scope, with production sites and subsidiaries in 50 countries. Reporting to the Head of IS Production & Value Chain in Switzerland, you'll collaborate with a skilled IT team to plan, design, implement, maintain, and enhance IT processes for global quality management.

The position involves consulting, planning, and executing the transition from the current application landscape to the future system landscape in alignment with transformation projects. Strong communication skills are essential to comprehend the requirements of internal customers, particularly within the Production and Supply Chain organization, and to translate these needs into global Quality Management processes.

Your Responsibilities

Application Owner SAP QM

As the SAP QM Application Owner, you will be the primary contact for the production, procurement, and logistics departments regarding SAP QM across ECC, S/4 HANA Public Cloud, and EWM systems. Your role includes:

  • Ensuring seamless integration with related SAP modules such as PP, MM, and decentralized EWM.
  • Leading SAP QM aspects of the S/4 HANA Private Edition Migration project.
  • Advising departments on SAP QM and supporting process optimization with business power users.
  • Coordinating application strategy and implementation with Divisions, Functions, and Group IS delivery.

Process Engineer Quality Management

As a Process Engineer in Quality Management, you will analyze and optimize quality management processes for the global Turbocharging Business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying improvement opportunities through new technologies or applications in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Tracking trends and digitalization technologies to enhance Accelleron's process efficiency.
  • Defining application strategies, roadmaps, and implementations in cooperation with colleagues and third-party suppliers.
  • Participating in projects focused on process optimization and improvement within IT applications.

Your Background

Formal Education & Certification

  • University degree or college diploma in computer science or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in English and German is essential.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a functional consultant or in similar roles in SAP QM, with a strong focus on production, supply chain, and warehouse management.
  • Relevant background in quality management, logistics, procurement, computer science, or a similar field, ideally in discrete manufacturing industries.
  • Experience with S/4 HANA private and public cloud editions.
  • Experience with SAP QM, PP, MM, and QM integration to decentralized EWM.
  • Familiarity with SAP integration/interface projects and technologies like CPI, Idoc, etc., is a plus.
