Job Description
You will provide expert advice and support to customers regarding technical issues related to the application of high-performance fibers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, conducting, and evaluating experiments and projects in the nonwovens and technical textiles field.
- Independently handling customer inquiries with a focus on textile processes and fiber properties.
- Conducting practical tests both internally at the technology center and directly at customer locations.
- Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to develop new markets and applications.
- Identifying innovation potential and actively participating in the market introduction of new fiber solutions.
- Serving as a liaison between research & development, production, and customer projects.
We Expect
- A completed degree as an engineer or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in the plastics industry, preferably in nonwoven production or fiber application (graduates are also welcome).
- A high level of self-initiative, willingness to learn, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
- An analytical working style coupled with strong practical implementation skills.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage.
- A willingness to travel for customer assignments, both domestically and abroad.
