Your Mission:
- Act as the key contact for dedicated customers, ensuring complete solutions with ETEL products for their applications.
- Provide technical training and support to subsidiaries and customers on the use of ETEL products.
- Create, maintain, and update training and course materials.
- Generate and update application and technical notes.
- Act as an expert on ETEL products, understanding their application in various customer contexts.
- Analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer and market needs.
- Establish best-known methods and practices for utilizing ETEL products.
- Support our sales teams by providing demonstrations and technical information about our products, assisting them during customer negotiations.
- Perform commissioning of ETEL products, including testing and demonstrations.
- Recommend product improvements.
- This role includes approximately 20% business travel.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in engineering (electronic, mechatronic, physics, or equivalent).
- 5 years of experience in the field of application engineering.
- Proven experience in mechatronics or industrial machine design is a plus.
- Strong programming skills in C++/C#, Matlab, Python, etc.
- Knowledge of control/regulation theory.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
