Your Mission
- Serve as the key contact for dedicated customers, ensuring complete solutions with ETEL products for their applications
- Provide technical training and support to subsidiaries and customers regarding the usage of ETEL products
- Create, maintain, and update training and course materials
- Generate and update application and technical notes
- Act as an expert on ETEL products, understanding their use in various customer contexts
- Analyze problems and devise solutions to meet customer and market needs
- Develop best-known methods and practices for utilizing ETEL products
- Support our sales teams with demonstrations and technical information about our products, aiding them during customer negotiations
- Execute commissioning of ETEL products, conducting tests and demonstrations
- Recommend product improvements
- This role requires approximately 20% business travel
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Mechatronic, Physics, or equivalent)
- 5 years of experience in the field of applications engineering
- Proven experience in mechatronics or industrial machine design is advantageous
- Strong programming skills in C++/C#, Matlab, Python, etc.
- Knowledge of control/regulation theory
- Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in French is a plus
