Your Mission:
- Act as the primary contact for dedicated customers, ensuring comprehensive solutions with ETEL products tailored to their applications.
- Provide technical training and ongoing support to subsidiaries and customers regarding the utilization of ETEL products.
- Create, maintain, and update training materials and course content.
- Generate and update application notes and technical documentation.
- Serve as an expert on ETEL products, understanding their applications in various customer contexts.
- Analyze challenges and devise solutions to meet customer and market demands.
- Develop best practices for the implementation of ETEL products.
- Support our sales teams with product demonstrations and technical information, assisting during customer negotiations.
- Perform commissioning of ETEL products, tests, and demonstrations.
- Recommend product enhancements.
- This position entails approximately 20% business travel.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (electronic, mechatronic, physics, or an equivalent field).
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of applications engineering.
- Proven experience in mechatronics or industrial machine design is a plus.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C++/C#, Matlab, Python, etc.
- Knowledge of control and regulation theory.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
