Your Mission
- Serve as the key contact for dedicated customers to ensure complete solutions with ETEL products for their applications.
- Provide technical training and support to subsidiaries and customers on the use of ETEL products.
- Create, maintain, and update training and course materials.
- Generate and update application and technical notes.
- Act as an expert on ETEL products, understanding their use in various customer contexts.
- Analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer and market needs.
- Develop best-known methods and practices for the use of ETEL products.
- Support our sales teams by providing demonstrations and technical information on our products, assisting them during customer negotiations.
- Perform commissioning of ETEL products, tests, and demonstrations.
- Recommend product improvements.
- This role includes approximately 20% business travel.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in engineering (electronic, mechatronic, physics, or equivalent).
- 5 years of experience in the field of applications engineering.
- Proven experience in mechatronics or industrial machine design is an asset.
- Strong programming skills, including C++/C#, Matlab, Python, and others.
- Knowledge of control and regulation theory.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; French is a plus.
