Career Opportunity: Analyst, Land Operations
Join Royal Caribbean Group’s Celebrity River Operations team as a full-time Analyst, Land Operations, reporting to the Sr. Director of Dispatch and ShoreEx. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in the successful execution of our river cruise operations.
Role Overview
The Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring manifest accuracy, coordinating with suppliers and partners, managing itinerary changes, monitoring service quality, and addressing operational disruptions. This dynamic position requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure operational data is accurately maintained within internal systems.
- Support necessary corrections and updates for various documents and manifests.
- Validate cruise manifests and communicate updates to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Confirm guest counts and services accurately and on time to maintain service quality and cost control.
- Act as a liaison between ships, managers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Monitor itineraries and implement alternative solutions during operational disruptions.
- Coordinate special requests, group services, and charter requirements.
- Analyze feedback from guests and managers, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Manage operational updates related to air schedule changes and associated ground services.
- Maintain accurate data within internal operational systems.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with operational partners and service providers.
- Participate in operational reviews, meetings, and emergency response activities.
- Support crisis management efforts and emergency phone duty as required.
Qualifications and Education
- 1-3 years of experience in cruise operations.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages, especially German, is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the river cruise industry.
- Knowledge of European river cruise destinations and logistics.
- Experience with manifest management.
