Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician to support the Good 'x' Practice (GxP) activities within our Quality Department. This role entails managing quality systems, implementing operational processes, and ensuring compliance with Novartis quality standards.

About the Role

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GxP-compliant documentation, and records within the Novartis quality management system.
• Conduct and evaluate analytical activities in a pharmaceutical laboratory.
• Ensure the integrity of all quality assurance records and data, as applicable, while fostering collaboration between your team and other functions and departments.
• Maintain an appropriate level of education and knowledge of GxP.
• Support quality audits and inspections by health authorities.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Experience in quality assurance.
• Analytical skills.
• Proficiency in common analytical technologies (e.g., HPLC, GC, Titration).
• Knowledge of laboratory-specific software applications (e.g., Empower, Chromeleon, TiAmo).
• GMP experience.
• Technical expertise.
• Proficiency in German.
• Proficiency in English.
