Tasks

You will support a safe, consistent, and effective daily line maintenance operation in ZRH with up to 400 flights a day at the main hub of SWISS.

  • Perform avionic and electric related maintenance tasks on SWISS, Edelweiss, and customer aircraft during Line Maintenance and execute defect rectification, troubleshooting, and modifications according to the privileges stated in your personal Company Authorization and Releases to Service Documents.
  • Issue statements of work for the tasks performed.
  • Update work orders and coordinate tasks with your superior.
  • Maintain close communication with the shift team and other colleagues within Line Maintenance.
  • Ensure high-quality standards in accordance with all rules and regulations.
  • Experience a modern and fully digitalized working environment (e.g., AMOS Mobile on iPad/iPhone).

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in aircraft maintenance as a B2 engineer on Aircraft types A220, A320, A330, A340, A350, or B777.
  • Holding a valid EASA Part-66 B2 license on the above-mentioned aircraft types.
  • Able to work a two-shift system with early and late shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Stress-resistant during turnaround times on Line Maintenance.
  • Team player enjoying a multinational working environment.
  • A high level of commitment and loyalty towards SWISS.
  • AMOS system knowledge is an advantage.
  • Fluent language skills in English and preferably German.
  • Must hold a Swiss or EU passport and a valid driving license.
