Your Responsibilities
- Disassemble and assemble Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56-5/7B series engines in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- Perform replacement, repairs, and inspections on aircraft engines and modules.
- Conduct measurements and control of assemblies in mounted condition.
- Execute tasks independently with self-control over performed orders in a timely manner.
- Prepare for and perform Field Assistance Support at any location worldwide.
- Document activities in accordance with regulations.
- Engage in general routine activities for tooling, equipment maintenance, and overall tidiness within the QTS organization.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, plant/machine mechanic, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice for Field Assistance Support is essential.
- Preferably authorized to certify engines under EASA Part 145/Part 66.
- Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility for weekend duties.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to carry out tasks independently, accurately, and responsibly.
- Open-minded, dedicated team player.
- High emphasis on safety, quality, and cost-awareness.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- English language skills (minimum level B2); proficiency in German is advantageous.
