Your Responsibilities

  • Disassemble and assemble Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56-5/7B series engines in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Perform replacement, repairs, and inspections on aircraft engines and modules.
  • Conduct measurements and control of assemblies in mounted condition.
  • Execute tasks independently with self-control over performed orders in a timely manner.
  • Prepare for and perform Field Assistance Support at any location worldwide.
  • Document activities in accordance with regulations.
  • Engage in general routine activities for tooling, equipment maintenance, and overall tidiness within the QTS organization.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, plant/machine mechanic, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice for Field Assistance Support is essential.
  • Preferably authorized to certify engines under EASA Part 145/Part 66.
  • Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility for weekend duties.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to carry out tasks independently, accurately, and responsibly.
  • Open-minded, dedicated team player.
  • High emphasis on safety, quality, and cost-awareness.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • English language skills (minimum level B2); proficiency in German is advantageous.
