Position: Aircraft Engine Technician in Quick Turn Services
Your Tasks
- Disassemble and assemble Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56-5/7B series engines in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- Perform replacement, repairs, and inspections on aircraft engines and modules.
- Measure control of the assemblies in a mounted condition.
- Execute tasks promptly while maintaining self-control over performed orders.
- Prepare and perform Field Assistance Support at any location worldwide.
- Document activities performed in accordance with regulations.
- Engage in general routine activities for tooling, equipment maintenance, and organization within the QTS.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, plant/machine mechanic, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice for Field Assistance Support are essential.
- Preferably authorized to certify engines under EASA Part 145/ Part 66.
- Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility for weekend shifts.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to carry out tasks independently, precisely, and responsibly.
- Open-minded and dedicated team player.
- High awareness of safety, quality, and cost.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- English proficiency (minimum level B2); German proficiency is advantageous.
