Key Responsibilities

  • Disassemble and assemble Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56-5/7B series engines following the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Perform replacements, repairs, and inspections on aircraft engines and modules.
  • Measure control of the assemblies in mounted condition.
  • Ensure timely execution and carry out independent self-control of performed orders.
  • Prepare and perform Field Assistance Support at any location in the world.
  • Document activities assigned in accordance with regulations.
  • Carry out general routine activities for tooling, equipment, and tidiness within the QTS organization.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, plant/machine mechanic, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice for field assistance support at any location is essential.
  • Preferably authorized to certify engines under EASA Part 145/Part 66.
  • Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekends.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently, precisely, and responsibly.
  • Open-minded and dedicated team player.
  • High safety, quality, and cost awareness.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • English language skills (minimum level B2); German language skills are advantageous.
