Key Responsibilities

  • Disassemble and assemble Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56-5/7B series engines according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Replace, repair, and inspect aircraft engines and modules.
  • Measure control of the assemblies in mounted condition.
  • Execute tasks in a timely manner and conduct self-control of performed orders.
  • Prepare and deliver Field Assistance Support at any location worldwide.
  • Document activities in accordance with regulations.
  • Perform general routine activities for tooling, equipment, and maintain tidiness within the Quick Turn Services organization.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, plant/machine mechanic, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice for Field Assistance Support is a must.
  • Preferably authorized to certify engines under EASA Part 145/Part 66.
  • Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekends.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently, precisely, and responsibly.
  • Open-minded and dedicated team player.
  • High safety, quality, and cost awareness.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • English language skills at a minimum level of B2; German skills are advantageous.
