Key Responsibilities
- Disassemble and assemble Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56-5/7B series engines according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Replace, repair, and inspect aircraft engines and modules.
- Measure control of the assemblies in mounted condition.
- Execute tasks in a timely manner and conduct self-control of performed orders.
- Prepare and deliver Field Assistance Support at any location worldwide.
- Document activities in accordance with regulations.
- Perform general routine activities for tooling, equipment, and maintain tidiness within the Quick Turn Services organization.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, plant/machine mechanic, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice for Field Assistance Support is a must.
- Preferably authorized to certify engines under EASA Part 145/Part 66.
- Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekends.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently, precisely, and responsibly.
- Open-minded and dedicated team player.
- High safety, quality, and cost awareness.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- English language skills at a minimum level of B2; German skills are advantageous.
