Role Description

We are seeking a full-time remote Agentic AI Trust Expert to join the Xcert AI team. The primary responsibility of this role will be designing and implementing the AI trust strategy of Xcert, utilizing cutting-edge AI trust strategies and methods. A key deliverable for this position will be the establishment of the first Agentic AI benchmark for certification and compliance within the aerospace industry.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in establishing a framework for trustworthiness in Agentic AI systems. The framework must be capable of evaluating and understanding system performance while preventing degradation by tracking predefined criteria, including accuracy.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Python
• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Design, or a related field, with a specialization in AI trust or similar disciplines
• Experience with AI applications in an industrial setting
• Strong command of Linux systems (e.g., systemctl, networking)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of LLMs and related frameworks (e.g., LlamaIndex)
• Expertise in testing frameworks such as PyUnit
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Experience in cloud management (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with cloud-hosted AI services (e.g., AWS Bedrock, AWS Sagemaker)
• Experience interfacing with customers and partners
• Capability to write technical proposals for private and public funding

Obligations
